Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction

This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the payment and refund process for new candidates joining AJA Coding Tutor LLP as a Trainee Software Engineer under the Coding Tutor Platform. By making a payment to join the organization, candidates agree to the terms specified below.

2. Joining Fee

Candidates are required to pay a fee of ₹2,99,000 exclusive of taxes to join the organization.

3. Refund Eligibility

Candidates are eligible for a refund based on their tenure with the organization, as follows:

Full Refund

If a candidate decides to leave the organization within the first 15 calendar days of joining and is not satisfied with the process or environment, or for whatsoever reasons, they are eligible for a full refund of ₹2,99,000.00 provided:

• The candidate notifies the organization in writing within 15 calendar days of their official joining date.
• The candidate submits the AJA Assets (e.g. ID Card, Access Card and any other assets) to the HR Team.
• Any credit card & debit card charges incurred by AJA at the time of receiving the initial amount will be recovered from the amount to be refunded.

Partial Refund

If a candidate decides to leave after 15 days but within 30 calendar days of joining, they are eligible for a partial refund. The organization will retain ₹69,000 as administrative, processing charges and Infra and Training if any; the remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.

• Any credit card & debit card charges incurred by AJA at the time of receiving the initial amount will be recovered apart from ₹69,000; any excess amount will be refunded.
• The insurance amount of 10,000/- paid is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Upon receiving a refund request, the following process will be followed:

• The refund will be processed within 10 business days after the request has been approved.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used by the candidate. If Credit Card or Debit Card was used, the card charges incurred by AJA will be deducted from the amount refunded to the Candidate.

5. No Refund After 30 Days

Candidates who remain with the organization for more than 30 calendar days will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances. After the 30-day period has passed, the payment of ₹2,99,000 + GST (or any payment made during a trial period or any other payment) will be considered non-refundable.

6. Exceptions and Non-Eligibility

This refund policy is subject to the following exceptions:

• The policy applies only to the initial payment of ₹2,99,000 + GST (or any payment made for a trial period or similar fees) made by the candidate upon joining. Any subsequent fees or payments related to internal processes or external services will not be refunded.
• Refund requests made after 30 days of joining will not be considered.

7. Policy Changes

AJA Coding Tutor LLP reserves the right to modify or update this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be communicated to candidates and/or updated policies will be uploaded in the GreytHR HRMS for access by all.
