Terms and Conditions
Internship terms and BYOD specifications.
1. Internship Duration, Cost, and Location
- Internship is for 9 months duration.
- Cost of Internship is Rs. 2,99,000 exclusive of GST.
- Payment should be made 100% in advance, OR
- Bank Loan can be availed up to 2,85,000 INR from our Partner Bank with EMIs up to 24 months. If you opt for the bank loan facility, the applicable interest amount must be paid along with 24 EMIs as per the Bank/NBFC policies. Bank/NBFC loan is subject to terms and conditions of the Bank/NBFC approving the loan; Coding Tutor LLP & Aja Consulting Services LLP does not guarantee or confirm.
- Internship is on Work from Office basis. No Work from Home or Remote Work is allowed at any cost, for whatsoever reasons.
2. Internship Partner
- AJA Consulting Services LLP (“AJA CS”), the parent company of AJA Coding Tutor LLP (“AJA CT”), will provide the Internship by giving you an opportunity as Trainee Software Engineer. Once you accept and sign this agreement and make full payment, AJA CS will release the Offer letter for the position of Trainee Software Engineer, with its own Terms and Conditions.
- You shall be on the payroll of AJA CS during your Internship; your CTC will be Rs 120,000 (Rupees One Lac Twenty Thousand Only) per annum.
- AJA may enrol you in the NATS Program; the CTC above is inclusive of the NATS Apprenticeship Amount (4500/- per month as of now for 12 months, subject to Central Government Policy). If Government payment is delayed, AJA CS may release the amount as an advance to you as a Loan, to be recovered when you receive the benefit. AJA CS reserves the right to nominate or withdraw you from the NATS program at any time without prior notice.
- As an Employee of AJA CS, you will participate in the Group Medical Policy and Group Term Insurance; AJA CS will charge 10,000/- INR for the first year; renewals will be deducted every year as per AJA CS Policy from your payroll.
- You shall be subject to PF, PT, ESI and other statutory deductions during your Internship with AJA CS.
- The terms and conditions of your employment with AJA CS are governed by AJA CS Policies and Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change without any interference from AJA CT and without any prior notice.
3. Bank/NBFC Loan for the Internship
- AJA CT and/or AJA CS has partnered with certain Banks/NBFCs to help you get financial support or funding to join AJA’s Coding Tutor Internship.
- AJA CS or AJA CT shall refer you to the Bank/NBFC; you need to apply by providing your KYC and other documents as required, and Two Guarantors from your Family as requested. Guarantors must provide documents to the satisfaction of the Bank/NBFC. Bank/NBFC may charge Processing Fee, Franking Charges or other charges as per their process; AJA CS/AJA CT has no control, authority or share over the same.
- After scrutiny of your application and documents, Bank/NBFC shall verify your CIBIL Score and make a credit decision. It is purely Bank/NBFC’s discretion to approve or reject the Loan; AJA CS/AJA CT does not guarantee or take any responsibility whatsoever.
- If the Bank/NBFC approves the Loan, you shall sign the Loan Agreement along with Two Guarantors to the satisfaction of the Bank/NBFC. After due process, the Bank shall disburse the approved Loan Amount to AJA CS/AJA CT.
- If the Bank/NBFC rejects the Loan Application, you must immediately arrange the balance Internship Amount from your own funds or sources. AJA shall not be able to help you further on arranging any Loan.
- Loan Amount disbursed to AJA CS/AJA CT by the Bank/NBFC shall be adjusted to your Internship Fee; any remaining amount shall be due and payable by you immediately to AJA CS/AJA CT.
- Bank/NBFC shall offer the Loan Amount for the approved Tenure from the date of Loan approval/Disbursal; the borrower shall repay as per the agreed terms and conditions.
- If you opt for the loan and do not pay the EMI on time, the Bank/NBFC may charge penalties for late payment and bounce as per their Policy. AJA CS or AJA CT shall not be responsible or interfere or help with these charges.
- Bank/NBFC has the right to report this loan in CIBIL; in case of irregular payments or default of EMI, they may proceed against you legally as per the agreement you entered with the Bank/NBFC.
4. Pre-Closure of Loan with Bank/NBFC
- If you discontinue from AJA CT or AJA CS for your Internship and/or abscond without intimation for 10 working days, for whatsoever reasons, Bank/NBFC and AJA CS and AJA CT will mandate you to pre-close the Loan. Irrespective of Refund Policy, you are obligated to pre-close the Loan and submit the No Due Certificate from the Bank/NBFC to be relieved from AJA CS or AJA CT. In case of failure to comply, AJA CS/AJA CT will report to Bank/NBFC to recover the Balance Loan amount as per Bank Policy.
- If you get any employment on your own (IT or any other job), you are obligated to pre-close the Loan with the Bank/NBFC and submit the No Due Certificate for release from employment with AJA CS and to receive the Relieving Letter and Experience Letter.
- Any non-compliance with 4(a) and/or 4(b) may result in AJA withholding your Background Verification and notifying your employer, wherever you join, about your default.
5. Program Benefits
- Job Oriented Program with 100% Job Assurance in AJA CS after Successful Completion of Internship.
- Coding Tutor™ – Coding taught by Industry Experts currently working in the same domain or technology.
- Capstone Project – You will work on a Capstone Project as part of your internship.
- Communication Skills – Classes on Communication Skills, Email Writing, Group Discussions and Public Speaking.
- Corporate Skills – Knowledge on Business Ethics, POSH, Intellectual Property Rights, Payroll and Benefits, Leave and Attendance, Timesheets, and Dos and Don’ts in the Industry.
6. Internship Delivery through Coding Tutor™
- Internship Program will be towards DevOps Consultant, based on the Technology Training you have completed before joining.
- Model – The program is focused on Coding in relevant technologies and practical knowledge. Coding will be taught by Coding Tutors of the Company who are from the industry.
7. Internship Program Terms and Conditions
- Six Day a Week – Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7 PM with 30 minutes lunch break. Sunday is a Week Off.
- Public Holidays – As per Local Laws.
- Leaves – No leaves whatsoever during the Internship.
- BYOD – You must bring your own Laptop as per AJA CS guidelines. AJA CS does not own or support maintenance or repairs. Use only for Office purposes. You are not authorized to copy AJA CS or AJA CT Intellectual Property to the Laptop or transfer data outside without written approval. Minimum configuration is set out in the Laptop (BYOD) section below.
- Key Performance Indicators – 100% Attendance required (90% minimum for completion); 100% Submission of all Assignments on time; 100% Submission of All Projects and PoCs from time to time.
- Successful Completion – If you comply with the KPIs, you will be issued an Internship Certificate.
- Commencement and Continuity – Once commenced, the Internship schedule and dates cannot be modified at your request. It continues even if you are absent; you cannot claim to continue later.
- No Breaks – No breaks allowed. If you take a break for more than two weeks, your Internship with AJA CT and AJA CS will be terminated and no Employment will be provided by AJA CS or AJA CT.
- No Employment if Internship Not Completed – If not successfully completed, the Employment offer issued at joining will be treated as null and void.
- No Compulsion Post Internship – You are not compelled to join AJA CS as Full Time Employee. You may join another Employer. You must inform in writing that you are denying Employment with AJA CS. If you do not inform or do not join AJA CS within 30 days of Successful Completion, it is deemed you are not interested in AJA CS’s Full Time Employment.
- Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality – You shall keep all non-public information confidential and not disclose it to anyone.
- Indemnity – Any breach of the above and any loss or damage to AJA CS or AJA CT will be indemnified by you; AJA CT and AJA CS may take all actions as per law to recover damages and take action against you under Indian Laws.
- Intellectual Property – All Ideas, Projects, Code, tools, systems, innovations, Photos, Videos, Audios or product/service names are the intellectual property of AJA, even if conceived during your employment. AJA shall have all rights.
- Assets and Infrastructure – Only business use is allowed. Personal or other use may lead to disciplinary action including termination.
- Attitude – AJA CS and AJA CT follow Zero Tolerance on Attitude issues (e.g. bad mouthing, gossiping, disrespecting Seniors or colleagues, abusing facilities). AJA may initiate termination proceedings.
- Completion of Graduation – If you are still pursuing graduation or have subjects to clear, Employment with AJA post internship is subject to passing graduation and submitting Marks Sheet and Provisional Certificate. Without completion of Graduation, your employment with AJA CS will cease and all obligations under this Internship are null and void.
8. Health Condition Declaration
You must disclose any chronic/contagious diseases at the time of joining and report any health issue to AJA CS/AJA CT during internship or employment. Non-disclosure may lead to termination of this contract and your employment with AJA CS and no refund will be issued.
9. Social Media Platforms
AJA CS and AJA CT use social media (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.) for:
- Building your communication skills – videos on Group Discussions, Presentations, AJA Talk Show, AJA Radio Show etc., posted to showcase your skills to prospects and candidates.
- Digital CVs – You will create a Digital CV Video explaining your technical skills and experience; these may be posted on LinkedIn and other social media for AJA CS Sales Team to share with Customers.
- Coding Skills Videos – Code Walk Through, PoC/Project Demo videos to project your technical and communication skills.
- Testimonials – Videos such as “Coffee with CXO”, “Coding Tutor My Journey”, “Coding Tutor – Before & After” for Marketing and Branding of AJA CS/AJA CT.
10. Refund Eligibility

11. Internship Completion
Upon completion, subject to compliance with all applicable conditions, you will receive:
- Internship Experience Letter from AJA CS
- Internship Relieving Letter from AJA CS
- Payslips for the duration of your internship in AJA CS

If you do not have a laptop with the above configuration, AJA CS/AJA CT recommends upgrading or buying accordingly. You may also rent a branded Dell/HP Laptop from AJA CS/AJA CT at INR 3,000/- per month, paid in advance for your internship duration, with an undertaking to indemnify any damage to the laptop during the rental period.
